Everyone who calls us has a different story.
We ask a few simple questions, take the time to understand what you actually need, and find the right chair, bed or stairlift for you.
Some people are deciding for themselves. Others are calling on behalf of a parent, a husband, or a wife. Some have already done their research. Others are picking up the phone for the very first time, not sure where to start. Wherever you are coming from, the conversation we have will be the same – calm, helpful, and unhurried.
We have been doing this for over thirty years, here in the Chilterns. Long enough to know that no two people are the same, and no two homes are the same. The chair that is right for one person can be entirely wrong for another. Finding the right one is what we do.
Our promise to you
A good chair is only a good chair if it fits your needs. We take the time and use our expertise to make sure the chair is right for you.
When you are ready, give us a call on 01494 793129. There is no rush, and no pressure.
Chairs, beds and stairlifts Built well, fitted to you
From riser recliners to adjustable beds and stairlifts, every product we sell is fitted to the person who is going to use it. That means understanding how you sit, how you stand, the room you spend most of your time in, and the things you want to be able to do.
Need a chair urgently? We deliver next day.
Hospital discharge tomorrow? A loved one home from a stay? Call us before midday and we will have the right chair with you the next working day.
Come to us, or we come to you

If getting to a showroom is difficult, or you simply prefer not to, we will come to you. We choose a few chairs that match what you have told us, load them into the van, and bring them to your home – so you can try them in your own room, in your own light, until one feels exactly right.
The home visit is free and there is no obligation. There is no salesman in tow – just one of our experienced fitters and the right chairs to try.
